Far worse things have happened from within red bull and Ferrari over the last few years in terms of team orders

Austria 2002 and Russia 2018 are comparable, in that neither Barrichelo or Bottas were championship contenders, yet they had to relinquish track position to their team mate. Having said that, both have been very effective wing-men and have contributed to the dominance of their respective teams. All of Bottas's 8 wins have come from driving with Mercedes and 9 of Barrichelo's 11 came from when he was with Ferrari.

Why was Austria worse? The outcome for Bottas is Russia was exactly the same as Barrichelo's in Austria.
