They're both not doing too hot in that regard.
Both have 5 brands on the grid, but while the most numerous make in Blancpain (Audi at 13) is even more numerous than the most popular option in GT Open (Mercedes at 10), the second placed make in GT Open (Lambo at 8) constitutes another 33% of the grid, while the number two in BGT (Merc at 5) is only represented by 18% of the field.
So in Blancpain, 66% of the field are made up by only two makes, whereas in IGTO that number is at 74%.
