With Stroll's confirmation at Racing point FI we now have a full line up of next years drivers before December (just!).

Next year will see the biggest amount of driver changes for some time with just 2 teams retaining their 2018 line up and 4 teams with completely new drivers and the other 4 replacing one of theirs.
It will be interesting to see who has made the right moves in a few months time.
