Clearly it has. When the Austrian GP returned in 2014, Mercedes had a 1-2 with Rosberg and Hamilton. The following year, it was another 1-2 with Rosberg and Hamilton but in 2016, no more 1-2s and after last year's double DNF, you would have thought a team like Mercedes, would have pulled their socks up. It's a disgrace.
