Rename LMP2 as
LMP1 -
suddenly lots of entrants
Have
LMP1+ as non-Gibson LMPs (that's LMP1 hybrids, privateer LMP1s and DPIs) -
the development class
Promote GTE / GTLM as
the manufacturer category
