Also per Marshall on MWM, K-PAX has been partnered with 3R Racing for some time, with 3R Racing providing much of the operational support. With Jim Haughey moving his K-PAX operations to California from Colorado, it's not as ideal having the operational base three states away. (Potentially) teaming with Flying Lizards is about logistics, not about looking for additional outside help.
