I think the bigger issue for the Silverstone Classic, is what makes it so special...
...its a festival at the end of the day with unrivalled fan access, concerts, fun fair, car shows and racing cars that you don't often see etc...
...lets be honest (and no disrespect meant), can you really see fans having the same level of garage access, concerts, the fun fair being able to be used and the same number of special cars being shipped over and racing?
...it will basically be 'just another' HSCC/ Masters meeting..again no disrespect meant, because theres nothing wrong with that at £20 a ticket, but at £150 a ticket, fans expect more than just the racing....im not sure you can make an event like the Silverstone Classic, financially viable without all the other stuff that goes on at the event.
