Maybe one of the Dallaras if they can be bothered but probably not. No CLM because the cameras despise them for some reason

The onboard cameras are bought and paid for by the respective teams - it's a purely commercial arrangement with ACO or WEC (depending on whether its Le Mans or a six-hour race). So if one team doesn't have an onboard it's because they have not paid for one. I believe there is a limit to the number of cameras available, so it's not possible for all cars to have one.
