I guess that depends on the agreements that GRM and others have in place with Wilson/Payce.
When you have a key sponsor getting involved in other expensive projects it can be a cause for concern, particularly when those expensive projects feel like they may not generate much ROI for your sponsor - thus potentially becoming something of a black hole.
