well, if you look at imsa or some other bop sheet, bmw m6 gt3 has always a turbo boost of about 1.9-2 bar from about 3500-4000rpm up to 5000-5500rpm....
consider 2 things:

1) a 4,4L x 1,9 bar means in that rpm range the car is like if it had a >8.3L NA engine

despit a bop mandatory 7250rpm revlimit, bmw drivers use to upshift at about 6000rpm, it basically means that max power is released in that rpm range...
to take an indicative and realistic value:
530hp@6000rpm = 630Nm@6000rpm
so since bop can't however bend physics rules, yeah it's really likely that in low-mid rpm m6 gt3 is a 700Nm monster
