To which period of Cram do you refer? In my opinion they always made a reasonable good job and when they had really good drivers they were always in the top three if not winning...(Bernoldi, Massa and Farfus, Quintarelli, Lopez and of course Hanley) of whatever championship except for the one season they made german F3.
In this past season they were OK Salignon that I consider a very good driver was quite inconsistant....
Stop&Go.tv reported times ago that Cram reinforced their engineering staff.
