Reading this thread and watching the cheap car challenges on Top Gear depresses me! It is amazing how cheap older European cars are over there.
There's a car yard across the road from my office and they're selling plain, 4 cylinder E36 BMWs for the equiavlent of GBP6000. That's the just an example of the ridiculous prices Australians pay for European cars.
