she has a point, albeit one she’s maybe not using the right form of social media to address properly. that said, i think as always with female issues, it’s very hard to get the troublemakers to understand. their lack of empathy is usually the reason they end up causing trouble in the first place.
as for mr morris, the car might not know you’re female but sure as hell the guys you’re trying to work with do. and they let you know in ways that they don’t realise are happening.
advice for women breaking into motorsport? go to europe. almost all european countries have a more progressive approach to women in the sport
