A 2 year old article from the land before covid.

2021 rules have since been postponed giving the teams even more time to work out what they need to do with the new formula so this rule may even be more important in protecting the integrity of the new direction and budget cap.

Honestly though, arent you the one complaining about manus exploiting 'loopholes' in the last thread you started?
