Yes, but traditionally they name them very badly. They just give them generic names -

That could've been the greatest battle of all time. It could've had 6 cars fighting for the lead. It could be epic. But you'd never find it, and YouTube would never suggest it because the poor naming convention doesn't work with algorithms.
The clips are great, they just need to be named better so they will then get absorbed by the YouTube suggestion feature and be searchable. Currently, that doesn't work. So great change by BTCC media people.
