Didn't James Moffat, in a Nissan, come 5th in a race at Albert Park?
The same James Moffat who - despite one of the newest chassis in the field in 2012 - often found himself at the bottom of the barrel - soundly beaten by Steven Johnson in the championship.
I believe Alex Davison also got a top 5 finish. Alex Davison - the driver who Ford fans nationwide have labeled a 'seat-warmer'. The same Alex Davison who was outshone for three seasons straight by a 20-something teenage kid at Stone Brothers - then was trounced by Bairdo and Reid in the Carrera Cup.
If either of these guys can crack the top 5, then surely there isn't much wrong with the cars underneath them. I'm sure a few people would actually suggest that the cars underneath them would be pretty decent...
