We're 2 races into the season ( don't count the AGP as too many do weird stuff there due to non champ) and already you're giving up & throwing in the towel? Sorry mate, I've said this to you before - you give up too easily, the teams do not.
Of course the engines - ALL of the brands - are being checked - it's part of the parity process and definitely not a joke. If they weren't being checked, you'd be complaining that the series doesn't do enough to maintain parity.
