Different strokes I guess, but I remember Lakeside 1989, when he was bumming around outside the HRT garage doing something for Channel 7, he approached me as a 15 year old, asked me how my day was and just started talking motor racing with me for about 5 minutes. His enthusiasm and down-to-earthness really made an impression on me and I've been a fan ever since.
Excellent driver and top communicator.
