* Roberto Merhi is due to race for Manor in F1 at Monza
* Alfonso Celis Jr. has GP3 commitments with ART Grand Prix at Monza
* Meindert van Buuren split with Lotus before the previous round in Austria
* Louis Delétraz will be racing in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, not FR3.5.
