I suspect the difficulties of last year have gone some way to reinforce the notion that a tight focus on getting the car running properly and getting results is at the heart of running a successful team.
Can't help feeling that the approach they're taking this time has got the solid achievable aims that could really see them reap rewards in 2010 and beyond.
