I think Monaco 1996 set the record for least amount of finishes with 3 (or was it 4?)
Australia 1991 was stopped after 14 laps due to the absolutely atrocious conditions and the race was eventually abandoned. It holds the record for shortest distance covered ever for a grand prix.
