1000kms max testing
3.0litre V10 with a maximum permitted power output of 1000bhp (and restricted mid-season development) but unlimited number used as I feel that the 2 race engine rule is pointless
no tyre or re-fuelling during the races and possibly limited fuel over the weekend.
Thats all I can think of for now.
