Now we've seen both replays, I disagree with Alex.
He had a spin at the top of the hill. But then he was up to racing speed for 4-5 corners and then braked going downhill, locked up, hit the wall, which is what tore off the left front wheel.
The car was travelling too quickly during the second accident for the rear to have an issue.
Looks more like a silly spin, got himself flustered, and then crashed whilst calming down.
