Sure someone consistently minded could effectively mine this and come up with a conclusion, at least for recent years.
Did enough mining to conclude 2011 saw the lowest temperature (in recent years), 6 degrees, but wind chill plays a part too. Like others, I can remember feeling quite shivery at TR, as early as 9pm on a couple of occasions. TR is definitely more susceptible to wind chill since the landscaping was raised.
