Hi guys. An update. We lucked out and got a race ready Alfa engine, with 1 hour dyno and 30 min track time. The best thing is that it mounts without any modifications to the frame. So if anyone ever wanted to run it in its Goodwood specs with a Coventry Climax, it's just a few bolts away.
The frame is now at a shop being checked for cracks, etc., and to make the front engine mount to connect to the Coventry Climax one - just like it ran years ago.
