Possible - but all the drivers looked like they'd been working pretty hard when they arrived in the pre-podium room. I accept that Lewis didn't "need" the win and probably wasn't prepared to take the risk involved in passing his team-mate (risking taking them both off) but until the last few laps he seemed to be pressing pretty hard - enough to leave Vettel an average 0.5 second a lap slower for most of the race.
