Maybe he should try an achievable target, like beating the number of penalty points accrued, and maybe an actual second race ban in a season?
I don't mind Calderon too much; ok she's a backmarker, but she's not an embarrassment to the series. I don't get why Raghunathan's still there. He's not a passable backmarker bringing some money, he's completely out of his depth.
