Full points will be awarded. You could make a case for saying to abandon the round, but technically a Grand Prix took place and there's much more merit to awarding points as normal. Many predictions could be right anyway, due to the lack of movement in the top 10 after qualifying. Some would lose out and would be miffed if I voided the round. Plus there is nothing in the rules about this and no extenuating circumstances for force majeure.
