Mine was a metallic green 3000GT XLR with a black vinyl roof which I paid £200 for & £325 to insure it @ 18!
I used to love opposite locking it around roundabouts - it used to stop people pulling out in front of me.
It only lasted 3 months as somehow the engine didn't like constant redline spinning about in the snow, so it bent all the pushrods - cant understand why
I bought a secondhand engine from a breakers yard but when I took the heads off I found out it was only a 2.5 so I got my money back & broke the car for a tidy profit
