Dallara introduced a new splitter. Liger did the same and changed the Le Mans aero too. Multimatic was the one who made mechanical changes, new rear suspension arrangement and new bellhousing.
Ligier improved their performance, but I think the change wasn't noticeable on the Dallara. I think both cars need base changes in the design to really close the gap to Oreca. We can't really say if the P2 Riley/Multimatic improved, because the only attempt was at Daytona by BAR1 with all AM drivers.
