you can't play ACC on mac..
you could in a virtual windows machine on mac .. but it's unlikely it will be enough to play it properly
maybe standard Assetto
probably the basic wheel worth getting is a Logitech G29/G920 .. list price seems a bit high, you could try an used one for much less of course
