I'm not sure that such a thing is necessary - certainly at club meetings, the significant majority of drivers are quite happy to have a chat during the day (such as at lunch) that a 'meet and great' session before or after the meeting is a tad unnecessary. Whilst for the larger meetings, it would be quite nice to get the odd autograph, I'm not sure I'd relish a longer day - particularly if one needs to be getting home or pitching a tent, etc.
