Yes. Some fans don’t think it’s fair that another drivers lap can be ruined in qualifying so it deserves a penalty - it’s so unfair
. Some think we should limit the resources spent on engines so we need penalties when someone uses too many - ah I remember when someone would use a DFV for the whole year
