As you know, I am always speculating
Homola will be announcing his plans on the 21st. In his trailer video a unique race number design is shown, as those in WTCR.
So, even if a lot of big portals wrote about the grid is being full, there may be a last minute last team joining.
The other option is joining as a wildcard in the Slovakian round and that is why his unique, WTCR style race number is presented. In that case I think he will race in TCR Europe at one of the Peugeot teams, or even DG may join the series as the third PUG team.
If rumours don't appear, we will see on the 21st anyway.
