Stuart Pringle from Silverstone Circuit saying it is not a given that they will be able to meet the strict government guidance on public gatherings for the British GP, even without any spectators, so how the SC intends to run a week later with 40,000 crowd is anyone's guess. I can't see you will be able to have that sort of gathering at all this year.
