I have had this a couple of times in the past, and it's down to a corrupted cookie file. There's a little trick you can try - click the 'preferences' link above and then just resubmit them - no changes needed. This will write a new cookie and should work. If it doesn't, you'll need to delete your cookie file and start afresh
