By all implications it means the Commodore has an unfair 40kg more downforce than the other cars, since it had matching downforce on the original VCAT test. If it matched before, and you then add more... yikes.

Dont forget the Holden appears to have alot less drag than the Ford and the Nissan. Suspect that the Commodores will drive away up and down the hill and therefore be impossible to overtake.
