AnonymityRules should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Brabham wanted to hire Akihiko Nakaya alongside Eric van de Poele for 1992 but Nakaya wasn't granted a superlicence hence the infamous appointment of Giovanna Amati.

Fondmetal were poised to hire Giuseppe Bugatti just before they went bust.
