Unless you are subscribed to the WEC through there mobile app. No. Dailysportscar talks about this in their article about the fan's view of the series. Just came out this week. This very issue is at the forefront of the discussion.
There is truth to that. I would be much more likely to subscribe if they have full replays for a laptop/PC computer.
