I'm fully convinced; that it WASN'T. Another in a long list of errors by the ACO regarding 'their' championship. Stick to running Le Mans, and leave the WEC to professionals.
And what made them start the season the same weekend as the return of F1 after their summer break?
After the MotoGP at Silverstone last weekend, this weekend just looked like 'after the Lord Mayor's Show'.
