Brabham BT 36 N.5

Hallo i live in Italy and i am entusiast of this very interesting forum .My name is Antonino Savoca and i am fashioned from historic and race cars .
Recently i had the pleasure to see , in my friends garage ,the beautiful BT 36 n. 5 (Beasley -Kogan -Steike).The car is in superb condition, like new,and with all complete history ,documentation and FIA papers.
I have read the history about the original bare n.5 chassis sold in auction .
Now i have seen in California BT 36 n.5 to sell (USD 105000) as original ,with historical documentation and FIA papers(???).
So wich of two cars is to consider original if the Beasley -Kogan -Steike or the californian one ? Personally i think the first one should be to consider the original car (even if it had a new chassis in 1994) and the second car only a replica on the first original chassis.Am i wrong or not? What do you think about?
At last , as my friend would sell his car ,what could be the realistic value ,in your opinion?
Thank you very much in advance to all experts ,
best regards
Antonino Savoca
