Chrome will be done at Chrome Restoration Services in Stafford.
They showed at the Classic Car Show recently and understand 'our' needs.
Mrs Hillclimber seems against the cost of powder for the frame, so Smoothrite it is. Saving about £100 by using a rattle can approach, so that will pay for the brakes, bearings (that arrived today) the fasteners and the rear disc (when I find a 3 mm thick one.)

Getting ready to paint and chrome now.
