Nonsense. Honda and Chevrolet are happy to race without hybrids as it sensible, cost-effective motor racing and
still a valuable technical and promotional opportunity.
The many manufacturers (Honda (Acura), Cadillac, Mazda) in the IMSA Sportscar series are happy to race without hybrids either. It shows manufacturers are attracted and
not repelled by sensible, cost-effective motor racing.
