Depends on the cost of the sleeving work Al. Its a complete and running engine other than a small crack in one cylinder. I'd have to pay around £300 for another unknown block so until I get it to the machine shop who knows!
I have heard that before about AppK blocks but thats on 289's whearas I'm using 302's but I have no idea where the welding is done. But then they re-engineer so much anyway!! £16K for a 380/400hp engine - crazy.
