Only, and ONLY, if that person spoke on the record. If they did not the reporting it with a cited source is a good way to at the very least have all your sources dry up and at worst get sued. I just still am confused as to what your beef is, or do people think American media bs is accurate and everyone names their sources always. It's not how it's done ever
