As far as Pembrey goes; the most recent 'modern' FF1600 race I could find was an Irish Championship race held on the 20th August 2006, where the fastest lap was set by Noel Dunne (Van Diemen RF92) with a time of 1:01.536.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if the FF1600 lap record is quicker than this, as I seem to recall that this meeting was somewhat damp.
