So how do you rate yesterday's race? Myself I'd give it a C- maybe. There were very few interesting things happening and the race was extremely messy with way too many crashes, incidents and yellows. I guess the best summary of what was happening was during the penultimate yellow when race control rushed with the procedures to go back to green asap but there was another yellow shortly after the restart anyway Compared to Belle Isle, it's a major downgrade.

I thought it was alright. Considering the nature of the track there were some super moves.
IMSA did their best to keep things going. Leaving cars and debris all over the track. To keep it going. I wasn’t that enamored with that. The track has its challenges. And the pit lane makes me smile! It’s a quickie 100 minute affair, which is right here. If all tracks were like this it would be silly. |
