Best F1 site?
I really miss the Daily F1 site that has been lost to F1-Live. I'm sure it's me, but I'm looking at the F1-Live site and I can't see where I click onto to get the qualifying results. I can get all the news stories, so I've learnt the top three, and that JB has beat JV etc., but I still haven't seen the overall result.
Has anyone found a better site? I've had a good surf, but I can't find one anywhere near as good. I tried to log on to one, but found it wanted to know too much about me - occupation, even, but then when I saw I HAD to notify my 'favourite driver' and 'favourite team' - Jeeeez - I knew this site wasn't for me. It amazes me how hard people work on their web-sites, and still manage to put people right off. So, how do I obtain a simple page to look at the qualifying table, and which is the best site to replace Daily F1? Meantime, I'm off to look at the Ceefax... |

Yeah 1010ths is da best!
Never visited Daily F1. If you really want to get the results fro F1-live (why bother anyway...) click here then chose "qualif 2" (twice) But don't waste time and better go to FIA Or here Last edited by Red; 22 Mar 2003 at 10:25. |

To be honest I find out all the news from 10-10ths and then go off round a few sites to read the (real?) stories...

Thanks Guys.
Atlas is out 'cos I'm not putting my credit card details out on the net just for a motorsport website. And that's about it, by the sounds. Is the over-complicated, advert mad F1-Live the only site out there, apart from this one? Doesn't say much about the power of the world wide web, does it? |

I am a fan of F1racing.net, as well as grandpix.com. Although, my favorite is Ten-tenths. It is way fun to be able to dicuss any of these tidbits of news.

10 Tenths is way out in front,if you want to know whats happening look here first.Lots of unbaised and expert advice(best taken with a grain of salt) here too!.Plus no annoying pop ads that the other sites are riddled with either.

planetf1.com is good if a bit tabloidy. Pitpass.com is excellent with good feature columns. F1-racing.net is sometimes worth a look but it's a bit dull.

Doesn't it seem sad that drivers like Fisichella, Coultard, Barrichello, and Ralf all have secure seats in F1, despite having had race winning cars for many more seasons than Jacques, yet failing to chalk up as many wins as he (let alone a WDC) that it is Jacques who doesn't have a drive in F1??? Sad indeed. |

It seems that everytime I find a site that I like, it shuts down. I just use http://www.newsnow.co.uk/newsfeed/?name=F1 nowadays for the news and pitpass for the columns.

I like this site because, as said elsewhere, there is plenty of discussion and it is generally very constructive. And... any site that gets rid of all those pop up adverts is a major plus for sure!

I used to visit f1.on.net & formula1.com, easy to browse but both were down, so just stick to this site and wait for all you guys to inform, a lot easier but still visiting f1planet and itv to read TGF and Adrian Newey's secret diary.
