Vincent was someone we looked at for the Team CAM Mitsubishi team but the way things worked out we got Toni Ruokonen instead.

I think he is racing in his native Belgium.

VR is definately racing in the Porsche Supercup. He said it felt like a fast road car, not like a racecar, which possibly wasn't the best way to start his career!

Mike Smith is married to Sarah Green. When they aren't crashing helicopters, they're off being Former TV Celebrities. SG appears on Travel Show sometimes though.

I saw Patrick Watts race a Caterham about 2 years ago!!!!! Surprised Peugeot didn't get him back for 2001, since he drove for them for many years.

Heh. Mike Smith I think he's been banned from racing because he was forever trying to kill everyone else

And what of his old team-mate Frank Sytner? He's driving historic grand-prix cars now. Wonder if he ever calmed down?

Sytner has been driving various historic cars for a few years now- in fact if I remember correctly, he started a couple of years before he retired from Touring Cars. He seems to be driving as well as ever- certainly the old commitment and aggression behind the wheel is still there

I think Radermecker might also be driving in BELCAR (Belgian Touring Cars, as well as his Porsche Supercup drive

Steve Robertson and his dad are indeed looking after the management of Jenson.

Mike Briggs - I thought he had retired at the end of '99, and BMW South Africa replaced him in 2000, by Marco dos Santos I think.

But I thought I had seen him in results from the Group N series this year...

As for Simoni - no idea. Haven't heard anything about him for years.
