Pick-ems Competition *Updated after Indy Japan 300*

Indyracing.com are running a pick-em's competition. I've registered, but I've noticed you can set up privite compititions. Anyone want to do a 10-10's one? Might be fun

yep sounds fine to me , I was actually planning to get around to designing a ten tenths fantasy competition based on the successfull CART game played here but sadly I havent had the time , maybe for next year ?

Erm well I could sort it out

Right what ya do is register first of course

And you pick the top five drivers for the next race. You get five points per driver for guessing a driver in the right place, one point per driver for guessing them on the top five but not in your predected position.

So for example, if you picked -

1 - Dan Wheldon
2 - Mark Taylor
3 - Tomas Schckter
4 - Helio Castroneves
5 - Tony Kanaan

and the race result was this:

1 - Sam Hornish
2 - Alex Barron
3 - Tomas Scheckter
4 - Tony Kanaan
5 - Bryan Herta

You would get five points for Tomas, as you guessed him in the right position. You would get one point for Tony Kanaan, as you gessued he would be in the top five but not in the position you said. Pretty simple really

So if you PM your email addresses to me I'll send invites to you all. Thing is though, there is a minimul of 5 people per team - we've only got four so far!

I asked that because there is a "special link" at Indyracing.com for who will be in a team and you have to give the ID and password of the team...
